At Threads of Identity, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that payment refunds are not available; instead, an eVoucher will be issued for the returned items. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition with all tags and labels intact. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the garment is returned in its original state.

Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for the same or different products.

Return Intimation: To initiate a return, please call our Support Number at 9979969085 or email us at  info@threadsofidentity.in within 7 days from the date of delivery. Provide your order number, courier docket number or AWB number, and the reason for return.

Guidelines for a Valid Return

  • Products should be in their original condition.
  • Tags must be retained and returned.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If payment was made online, the refund will be processed as an e-voucher.

  • Defective Product: Only a product image is required.
  • Wrong Product: Both product and tag images are required.
  • Wrong Size: Both product and tag images are required.
  • Color Issues: Only a product image is required.
  • Product Difference:Only a product image is required.
  • Incomplete Order: Only a tag image is required.
